Booking and Payment Policy
All bookings are final, and full payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation without notice. Global Squash Series is not responsible for errors in booking dates.
Reservation Changes
If you need to modify your reservation, such as adjusting dates or the number of rooms, please contact us promptly. All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival: Full refund.
- Cancellations made 60–89 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival: Non-refundable.
Trip Cancellation Policy
In the rare event that a Global Squash Series event is canceled due to the effects of Covid-19 or SARS-CoV-2, you will receive credit for a future Global Squash Series event. If an event is canceled due to under-enrollment, a full refund will be provided.
The financial responsibility of Global Squash Series is limited to the amount paid by the participant(s). We are not responsible for any other costs incurred by participants, including travel expenses. Additionally, no refunds will be provided if weather or other factors make it impossible or unsafe to complete the Squash Retreat.
Delays and Schedule Changes
Global Squash Series reserves the right to adjust the event itinerary as needed due to weather, logistical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Additional costs incurred due to bad weather, illness, or other contingencies are not included and remain the participant’s responsibility.
Participants who deviate from the scheduled itinerary will bear any associated costs, which are not deductible from the booking and/or registration fee. While we strive to adhere to planned schedules, delays due to inclement weather, mechanical difficulties, or other factors beyond our control may occur, and we cannot assume financial responsibility for such delays.
